Q1.How quickly can we get the devices installed and start getting the benefits of the system?

Our Answer

Once we receive the order we can arrange for the installation.  This can be in 48 hours if necessary as we have a nationwide engineer resource. The installation usually takes no more than 1 hour and will not invalidate the warranty.  Installations can take place anywhere that is convenient for the customer or even pre delivery if it is new to the fleet.

FAQs

Q1. How often does the system update? The units are programmed to your requirements but as a general rule most customers choose either 5 or 1 minute reporting depending on the type of operation.
Q2. Can we tailor the system to our needs? Yes, AMS deliver the system in a standard format but restrict user permissions as required.  The user can then set up the system to display the information that is of value to them.  This is then saved as their profile until they adapt it further.  The reporting system is vast and has over 300 separate reports within it.  If there is a need for a specific report that is not available then we will deliver it free of charge.
Q3. Can you see the device in the vehicle? No, the device is installed completely out of sight.
Q4. Can I move the tracker to a new vehicle when I replace it? Yes, we will come out and de-install the device and re-install it to your new vehicle.  We do not remove the old data this will remain visible for the duration of the contract and the new vehicle will accumulate its own history.
